Booking & Payment

My package offers must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Packages are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

Package Structure & Validity

The 3 month and 6 month Bridal Skin Prep Packages do not need to be completed within a strict 3 or 6 month timeframe.

Treatments may be spaced out to suit the client’s wedding date and personal schedule.

All treatments included in the package must be used within 18 months of the package purchase date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unused treatments after the expiry period are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

Appointments & Cancellations

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being deducted from the package.

Bridal Package Discounts & Offers

The 20% discount on additional facials is valid from the date of package purchase up to one year after the client’s wedding date.

The 15% bridal party discount is valid only with the unique discount code provided and must be used by up to 5 bridal party members or close family/friends only.

Discounts are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.

Results & Skin Suitability

Results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle factors, and adherence to the recommended skincare plan.

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.

General

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if contraindications arise.
